Dedicated Disability Support Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, providing high-quality support services to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting participants, their families, and/or carers to manage challenging behaviours and develop new skills.
- Completing thorough assessments to understand behaviour triggers and identify risks.
- Developing Behaviour Support Plans and providing support for consistent implementation.
- Maintaining a caseload and ongoing monitoring, support, and adjustments as required.
- Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
- Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector across all age groups.
- Passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
- Commitment to person-centred practice and reducing restrictive interventions.
- Strong report writing skills and ability to translate assessment findings into clear plans.
