Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality Behaviour Support services to individuals with disabilities and complex support needs.

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with our team to identify the needs of NDIS participants and their families/carers, through assessment and person-centred planning.

You will evaluate, develop, and implement evidence-based support plans, ensuring individualised goals, passions, and strengths are reflected in each plan.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify participant needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Evaluating and implementing evidence-based support strategies to promote positive behaviour change
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support services
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of participant progress and outcomes

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Behaviour Support principles, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

They will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services that prioritise participant outcomes and well-being.
