Digital Marketing and Communications Assistant
About the Role:- This role involves supporting client marketing and communications strategies.
- You will work closely with senior team members to develop, distribute, and track EDM campaigns.
This is an opportunity to learn from an experienced team, grow professionally with the business, and contribute to delivering excellent work for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, distribute, and track EDM campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and optimize content for social media platforms.
- Design digital and print assets using design tools.
- Gather and compile digital performance metrics.
- Assist with website updates using a content management system.
- Support video projects from filming and set-up through to editing.
- A degree in commerce, finance/accounting, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related discipline.
- Experience with MS Office suite and design tools.
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
