Marketing and Communications Role

This role is focused on supporting the execution of client marketing and communications strategies. Key responsibilities will include developing, distributing, and tracking email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.

You will also create, schedule, and optimize content for various social media platforms, design digital and print assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and gather and compile digital performance metrics.

Additionally, you will assist with website updates using WordPress, help shape corporate documents in Word, and create PowerPoint presentations.

Assisting with video projects, from filming and setup through to editing, is also a key part of this role.

Key Requirements
  • Recently completed a degree in commerce, finance/accounting, communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with EDM platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
  • Exposure to design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
