**Key Responsibilities**

  • Month End Reconciliations and Journals: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations and journals to maintain financial integrity.
  • Intercompany Reconciliations: Reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Revenue Recognition: Apply revenue recognition principles to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepayments and Accruals: Manage prepayments and accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Debtors Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtors ledger.
  • Fixed Asset Register Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset register.
  • Depreciation Schedules: Prepare depreciation schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Variance Analysis: Analyze variances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Month End Reporting: Provide accurate and timely month end reporting.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger.

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a finance role in Australia.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a similar industry preferred.
