About the Role

Aequalis Consulting (Finance & Accounting) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will contribute to strategic financial management across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Conduct detailed budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning and performance management.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to uncover trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports that articulate key financial metrics to stakeholders.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate effectively with different business units, providing financial insights and recommendations to aid operational and strategic decisions.
  • Financial Modeling: Maintain and enhance financial models using advanced Excel skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in a large, globally listed organization.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and influence decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Expert level proficiency in Excel, capable of managing complex financial models and data analysis.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Teamwork: A proactive team player who can effectively collaborate with various departments and business units.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance, with professional certifications such as CPA, CA or CIMA considered an asset.
