About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive financial management tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial matters.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic financial guidance to the business, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the business meets its financial objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including financial reporting and auditing standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in financial reporting and auditing processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Qualifications: CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
