Revenue Assurance Leadership Opportunity

Based in Melbourne, this is a key leadership role within the revenue assurance team, responsible for leading efforts to develop policies and procedures that streamline revenue operations processes.

  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with industry partners who manage billing errors;
  • Lead the communication and implementation of new revenue accounting practices across the business;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of billed transactions to support self, internal, and external audits;
  • Manage monthly revenue accounting close efforts including assurance of accurate and timely results;
  • Prepare manual journal vouchers as needed to correct accounting errors not remediated by the billing system;
  • Assist in data gathering to support internal and external audits;
  • Establish and maintain revenue accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure debtors are managed effectively to ensure the collection of cash.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred;
  • 8+ years expertise in revenue assurance within a corporate with a large customer base;
  • Masters/MBA, CPA and/or other professional certifications a plus;
  • Experience in a team-leading capacity.
