">About the Role

This is a high-impact position where you will play a crucial role in executing and administering promotions and offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotional Campaign Management & Administration: Support the end-to-end setup and administration of standard monthly promotions and other offers.
  • Cross-functional Campaign Coordination: Facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by coordinating with internal teams such as Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, Billing, CX, and Legal.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for both pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • System & Process Optimization: Manage our third-party voucher provider for incentive distribution and identify opportunities to implement automations and improve existing processes.

As a performance marketing specialist, your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will support the team in planning, executing, and measuring strategic experimentation and revenue-generating campaigns.
