Portfolio Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Global Equity Beta Solutions (GEBS) Portfolio Strategy (APAC), you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients across the Asia Pacific region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and evaluating large amounts of numerical data to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Developing new content and messaging for our flagship strategies, ensuring consistency of presentation standards in all internal and external communications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Compliance, Content Management, Legal, and Product, to ensure strategy collateral meets all requirements.
  • Providing operational support, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reporting, and building automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a finance, mathematical, scientific, or economics discipline.
  • Relevant investment experience, preferably 3-6 years, with a strong background in equities.
  • CFA designation or pursuing the CFA is an advantage.
  • Excellent quantitative skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to operate independently and deliver results within clear timelines.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced), Word, Factset, and Bloomberg.
