Project Lead - Building Construction and Upgrade

A seasoned Project Manager is required to spearhead the delivery of building construction and upgrade projects, guaranteeing exceptional quality, compliance, stakeholder satisfaction, and value for money.


About This Role
  • We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our building construction and upgrade projects from conception to completion.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement project management plans and delivery strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead procurement of consultants and contractors, including preparation of briefs and tender documentation.
  • Oversight of design, contract administration, commissioning, and defect liability management.
  • Prepare project reports, fee proposals, and ensure project profitability.
  • Maintain auditable records and project systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiencies in systems and processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale building construction and upgrade projects (client-side).
  • Relevant qualifications in construction or project management, preferably holding a certification in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, superintendent duties, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and team leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle management, statutory compliance, and value management principles.
