Plant Maintenance Leader
">We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our plant maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with micro tunnel boring machines and associated plant, as well as strong leadership skills.
">Your Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Facilitate refurbishment, installation, commissioning, breakdown and scheduled maintenance needs in a hands-on capacity.">
- Proven ability to lead and motivate trades and subcontractors with sound communications skills.">
- Maintain a safe workplace and ensure personnel are trained/competent.">
- Conduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings.">
- Arrange supplies of materials and equipment, and verify delivery.">
- Maintain electronic records for the repair and maintenance of all plant, equipment and vehicles.">
- Assist with planning, preparation and completion of maintenance tasks.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Certificate or Diploma in relevant field
">- Experience in a similar role
">- Mechanic, Diesel/Hydraulic Fitter skills
