About the Role

We are seeking a Loader/Offsider to join our manufacturing and delivery teams in Rockhampton. As a Loader/Offsider, you will positively contribute to the daily production requirements of our branch by working in a fast-paced environment manually loading and delivering our products and materials.

  • Manually load product in our factory and unload product on site, ensuring all items loaded onto trucks and trailers are secure before travel.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and obtain customer signatures upon delivery, providing excellent customer service.
  • Actively contribute to good housekeeping at the branch and wash and maintain general cleanliness of trucks as required.
  • Engage with continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate a commitment to safe work practices, including performing and recording daily safety checks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Construction White Card
  • To be a clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team
  • To be passionate about producing high-quality work with a commitment to on-time delivery
