Job Title: Advice Officer

About Our Organization

We operate within South Australia's business/consumer regulatory system, employing approximately 200 staff across eight branches. Our primary purpose is to facilitate business growth, protect consumers, and record life events.

About the Role

The Advice and Conciliation branch plays a vital role in supporting consumers and stakeholders in consumer protection, fair trading, and residential tenancy matters through education and information provision. The branch undertakes voluntary and compulsory conciliation to resolve these matters.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team setting, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service.
