Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

The role of Early Childhood Educator is a dynamic and rewarding position that requires a qualified professional to provide high-quality care and education to young children.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educator with a Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services who can join our team of exceptional professionals. If you have a passion for delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and shared understanding of children's progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
