About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Relationship Counsellor/Psychotherapist to join our team at Replenish Counselling and Training. As a Replenish therapist, you will have the opportunity to work independently and flexibly, while providing high-quality support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Work: You will work with couples and individuals who are experiencing trauma, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore their feelings and work towards healing.
  • Therapeutic Approach: You will use your expertise in couples work and trauma to develop and implement effective treatment plans, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Communication Skills: You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to rapidly build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively with them.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: You will hold a minimum Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or counselling.
  • Experience: You will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on couples work and trauma.
  • Registration and Insurance: You will be registered with the relevant board and hold current insurance, ensuring that you are able to work with clients in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Availability: You will be able to commit to a minimum of one full day per week, working with a minimum of three couple clients or five counselling hours per day.
