Key Responsibilities
  • Provide positive leadership to foster a highly engaged and supportive workplace culture.
  • Strategically plan innovative programs for community impact and secure financial sustainability in collaboration with the Board.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of programs and inspire a high standard of curriculum and tuition.
  • Foster new ways for the organization to build on its outstanding reputation and increase community impact.
  • Act as the designated spokesperson to enhance the organization's profile and relationships with the community.
About the Organization

Orchard Talent Group is a leading organization in the field of music education, committed to bringing about positive change in people's lives through music. Our faculty of over 60 staff are remarkable teachers, educators, and therapists who are leaders in their field and dedicated to supporting their students on their musical journeys.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in the field of music education.
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability, including people and resource management, financial and business acumen.
  • High-level capacity to drive strategy, build collaborative partnerships, and engage with the community.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to promote and represent the organization across a range of settings.
  • A tertiary-qualified/experienced Music Educator will be highly regarded.
