About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Supervisor to join our team at Webuild S.p.A.

About the Project

The Snowy 2.0 project is a large-scale construction project based in the Snowy Mountains in NSW, Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control site operations to ensure compliance with the construction program.
  • Provide consistency in terms of safety, cost, time, quality, environmental, and community targets.
  • Supervise team members and work closely with safety and other departments to maintain project safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with workers, manufacturers, dealers, project managers, equipment managers, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Trade or qualification in mechanical engineering or civil engineering.
  • White Card.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable projects.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of specific experience working as an equipment and plant manager in a tunnel project.
