The Role:

">">We are seeking a skilled operator to join our team in a world-class manufacturing facility where you will be responsible for running our main praline depositing line.">Main duties include but not limited to:">">">
  • ">">
  • Operating state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings and tempering chocolate">">
  • Ensuring quality control and GMP guidelines are met through end-to-end machine operations">">
  • Organising packing staff on end-of-belt packing">">
  • FOLLOWING SET RECIPES AND METHODS TO CREATE CHOCOLATES">">
  • Mixing/blending of ingredients to make fillings ready for depositing">">
  • Following a production schedule">">
  • Consistent heavy lifting up to 25kg">">
  • Clean down of machinery and line changeover">">
  • Paperwork and traceability">">
  • Stock ordering">
">">">Key Requirements:">">">
  • ">">
  • A background in a manufacturing environment, ideally food and FMCG">">
  • Technical & mechanical minded">">
  • Taking great pride in your work">">
  • Ability to keep your work area clean and tidy">">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills">">
  • Quick learning attitude">">
  • Problem solving skills">">
  • Ability to work as part of a team">">
  • Strict attention to detail and quality standards with ability to adhere to Food Safety policies and standards">">
  • Can-do attitude">">
  • Punctual and reliable history">
