Job Overview">

We seek a highly skilled professional to deliver transformative strategy and transactions solutions that work in practice. This role requires a deep understanding of valuation processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support audit teams in the peer review of valuation for financial reporting
  • Undertake real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia for pre and post-transaction activities
  • Work on innovative housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties
  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to clients
  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets
  • Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies, and property development advisory
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and keen attention to detail
  • A detailed understanding of valuation processes
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with good report writing and presentation skills
  • Professional accreditation either as a CPV or MRICS
