We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive complex transactions, build lasting client relationships, and lead market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sale campaigns for retail assets including data room preparation and stakeholder liaison
- Coordinate due diligence processes ensuring accurate information collection and presentation
- Meet critical transaction timelines through effective internal and external stakeholder management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their specific needs and objectives
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports throughout transaction processes
- Conduct in-depth market research analysing retail property trends locally and nationally
- Prepare comprehensive market reports and presentations for clients and internal teams
- Assist in creating high-quality pitch materials and investment memorandums
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, investors, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline
- 5+ years of retail property investment, valuation, or capital markets experience
- Financial modelling skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software
- Deep retail fundamentals knowledge: NOI optimisation, tenant mix strategies, cap rate dynamics
