As a key professional in Foreign Exchange & Commodity markets, you will join our Financial Markets and Treasury Operations team within our organisation. This group forms part of Institutional Banking Services under Group Operations and supports Westpac Institutional Bank.

You will provide trade confirmation matching settlements for foreign exchange and commodity products. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining a business unit that increases customer satisfaction, develops a high-performing workforce, and adopts cost-efficient practices.

Key responsibilities include daily operational processing, ensuring all payment, confirmation, reconciliation, and investigation obligations are met with high customer service levels. You will also be the central operational contact for foreign exchange markets or trade-related queries, ensure accurate checklist completion, and work closely with peers for seamless global operations.

Other responsibilities include embracing change initiatives, identifying system and process enhancements, and partnering with trading desks, sales teams, and relationship managers for optimal customer outcomes.
