New Graduate Psychologist Opportunity

As a New Graduate Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in managing client portfolios, providing rehabilitation support with flexible work options and a strong team culture.

  • You will manage a portfolio of clients with psychological or physical injuries.
  • Initial assessments and identification of suitable goals will be completed.
  • Barriers preventing clients from returning to work will be identified.
  • Appropriate interventions with stakeholders will be organized.
  • Vocational counselling and vocational assessments will be provided.
  • Medical appointments with clients will be attended.
  • Reports will be completed after assessments and meetings.
  • Communication with medical professionals regarding diagnoses and treatment will take place.
  • A safe and timely graduated return to work will be facilitated.
  • Case notes will be documented as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
About You
  • You must have 4th year Psychology Graduate status.
  • Associate or Full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor is required.
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist is necessary.
  • A valid Driver's license and access to a car are required.
  • A police check prior to commencement is mandatory.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships is crucial.
  • You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
