Job Description:

As a Department Head, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit objectives by setting plans to deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with store standards.

You will ensure a high-performing team through succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management. This includes analyzing and following up on sales and profit KPIs for your department, collaborating with visual merchandisers to maximize sales.

Additionally, you will drive the Hello Member program in line with country goals, maintain H&M standards in your department, and collaborate with your visual team to implement the Commercial Handbook.

In this role, you will also evaluate and manage team performance, providing regular feedback, executing performance development reviews, and implementing action plans to improve results and develop skills.
