About the Role:

The Safety Partner plays a pivotal role in driving a proactive safety culture across NSW Ambulance. This position requires expert knowledge of WHS regulations, ISO 45001, and Safety Management Systems. You will work autonomously while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety, add value to business units, and contribute to achieving business and workforce performance goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a safety culture that positively influences morale and achieves a safe and healthy work environment across NSW Ambulance.
  • Influence, train, and collaborate with frontline workers, leadership teams, and regulators.
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple locations while contributing to key safety projects.
  • Implement and develop safety initiatives and management systems, analysing data and driving continuous improvement.
