Safety Expert for CDC Data Centres

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team at CDC Data Centres. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, with experience in managing HSE practices and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures, identify and mitigate risks, deliver training programs, conduct regular safety audits and inspections, investigate accidents and incidents, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety laws.
In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams to prioritise health, safety, and the environment.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
- Experience using HSE management software and tools for data collection and analysis.
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
