Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite sales cycles by providing expert guidance and support to clients
  • Collaborate with account executives and directors to ensure the right solutions are presented to meet client needs
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of Bazaarvoice product offerings through continuous research and collaboration with various teams
  • Enable sales teams by coaching them on new product features, offerings, and recent deprecations
  • Present product demos, ROI models, and technical overviews to clients
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with speed and precision
  • Build and deliver ROI models to showcase the value of recommended solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a software company
  • Previous experience in software sales, presales, consulting, or client-facing engineering
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning
  • Experience selling enterprise software
  • Strong business acumen and technical skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly solve complex problems in creative and repeatable ways
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
