We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Support Employment Specialist. As a valued member, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve fulfilling and independent lives.
In this position, you will provide tailored support and guidance to help participants maintain sustainable employment outcomes. Your expertise and mentoring skills will be instrumental in addressing workplace or personal barriers, strengthening retention, and promoting long-term success.
- You will work closely with participants and employers to resolve challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies for long-term success.
- Through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local communities, industries, and partners.
- You will monitor placement progress, analyse data, and communicate risks to relevant team members, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Your responsibilities will also include maintaining clear and compliant records of participants' ongoing employment, services provided, and participant support.
- You will represent the organisation at networking events and within the community, upholding our Mission, Vision, and Values.
