As an HR Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to our retail and support centre teams, offering thoughtful people-first advice grounded in genuine care. You will bring curiosity to every challenge, navigating employee relations or streamlining people processes to always seek better ways to support our people. You will champion moments that matter, from onboarding to offboarding, making sure every experience feels human, inclusive, and aligned with who we are.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build a workplace where fashion meets purpose, and where every team member feels empowered to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted advisor to our retail and support centre teams
  • Support leaders with day-to-day coaching and guidance

Requirements:
  • A solid foundation in HR (around 2–3 years)
  • Experience across generalist advisory work, preferably in a fast-paced retail or fashion setting
  • Naturally curious and confident navigating all kinds of people conversations
  • Organised, proactive, and love turning ideas into action
