We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in providing exceptional patient care.

About the role:

As a phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with our medical team to ensure that all patients receive high-quality care.

Main duties of the job:
  • Perform venepuncture procedures for adults and children (age 10 and above) according to our protocols.
  • Collect, label and package samples and record accurate documentation.
  • Input relevant information and data accurately in our systems.
  • Ensure all equipment is stock checked and stored appropriately.
  • Maintain infection control and health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Certificate in phlebotomy skills/blood sampling
  • Basic IT skills/computer literacy
  • Experience working in an NHS setting
