Proactive Services Cleaning Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our stores, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting high-touch areas, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms.
- Trolley Collection: Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas, ensuring they are returned to their designated locations.
- Waste Management: Assist with waste processing routines, including emptying bins and maintaining a clean and organized waste area.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, providing directions, and assisting customers in store.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, lift loads between 5-10kgs, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Good eye for cleanliness and small details, ensuring a high level of quality in all aspects of the role.
