We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our Proactive Services team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are in pristine condition and our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, as well as emptying bins.
- Trolley Collection: Collect trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
- Supporting the Store: Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs and assist customers in store by answering questions or providing directions.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to comfortably handle physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting loads between 5-10kgs.
- Flexibility: Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
- Attention to Detail: Good eye for cleanliness and small details.
