Key Responsibilities- Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying bins, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store.
- Collect and return trolleys to designated areas, ensuring they are in good working order and easily accessible for customers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver specific cleaning needs and support the store with waste processing routines.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions to customers.
- Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks. The ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role is crucial to ensure success and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
- Flexibility to work in different environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks.
- Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
- A good eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
- A range of programs to support your wellbeing, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app.
