Product Design Lead

The ideal candidate will lead the creation of concept-to-production-level designs across multiple product categories. Key responsibilities include developing complex 3D CAD models and assemblies, overseeing prototype builds, high-quality renders, and impactful design presentations.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Lead design reviews, ideation sessions, and continuous improvement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Product Design (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience within industrial design.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Autodesk Inventor.
- Demonstrable expertise in detailed design, complex CAD assemblies, parametric modeling, and comprehensive documentation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and complete product lifecycle management.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability in task management, data structuring, and version control.
