Job Title: Senior Health Coaching Professional

We are seeking an experienced allied health professional to deliver high-quality Telehealth Health Coaching services to individuals with injury, illness, or disability.

About the Role

This is a senior health coaching position where you will be delivering a standardised health coaching program to support participants overcome psychosocial obstacles impacting recovery and return to work.

  • You will be working closely with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to recovery and return to work.
  • The ideal candidate will have an understanding of injury, illness, and disability, as well as experience in occupational rehabilitation or a similar field.
  • You will be working from home via telehealth, with flexibility in work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality health coaching services to participants with injury, illness, or disability.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to recovery and return to work.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training, as needed.
Requirements
  • Experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, or Psychologist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (or Life Insurance; NDIS; Disability Employment Services).
  • Full ASORC / RCAA / AASW or AHPRA membership.
  • Proven experience and expertise in motivational interviewing, rehabilitation, and adjustment to injury counselling.
