Delivery Manager Job

About the Role:

The Department of Industry, Science and Resources is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to lead our digital grant services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business areas across the department to deliver high-quality digital services.
  • Develop strategic future-focused product roadmaps.
  • Maintain alignment between team-level outcomes and broader strategic goals.
  • Manage and lead a diverse multi-disciplinary team to deliver outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, address impediments, and guide teams towards outcome-focused delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordinating and tracking delivery of initiatives from inception to release.
  • Ability to encourage a sustainable pace, psychological safety, and team empowerment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strategic perspective, attention to detail, and ability to drive work.
  • Strong organization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
