Job Title: Personal Care Attendant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality person-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Lend a hand with daily life tasks, ensuring our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to support residents with challenging needs.
  • Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active through engaging activities and exercises.
  • Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, respecting their privacy and dignity at all times.
Requirements:
  • A certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • Experience working as a caregiver or similar field.
  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
