Support Worker

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their daily lives.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for providing assistance with personal care, household cleaning, meal preparation, transportation, social support, and medication prompts.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Service Delivery: Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting independence and quality of life.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all care activities are delivered in accordance with quality standards and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Disability Services
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (current)
  • Recent paid experience as PCW (approx. 600 hours)
  • Current Police Clearance (if you don't have we will provide at no cost)
  • Unrestricted Driver's Licence
  • An empathetic, patient and caring nature
  • Exceptional communication skills & be able to build respectful relationships.
