About this Opportunity

As a Business Development Specialist, your core mission is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients across assigned sectors, spanning airlines, airports, aerospace, or related segments.

You will play a critical role in expanding the company's footprint through proactive outreach, targeted prospecting, and strategic closing to meet and exceed monthly targets.

  • Drive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity (calls, email outreach, and in-person visits)
  • Schedule and attend sales appointments; qualify prospects through expert discovery and align needs with solutions
  • Define and execute a business development strategy aligned with goals and market trends
  • Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring value-based pricing and properly scoped contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking all activity, opportunity stages, and sales forecasts
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to expand networks and generate new leads
