About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ready to take the next step in your retail leadership journey?

We're looking for an experienced and driven Full Time Boutique Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Chatswood Chase Boutique. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a premium, memorable experience.

*This is a Full-Time Permanent Position working 38 hours a week*

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
• Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  
  

About You

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
• Experience in a senior beauty advisor/manager role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
