We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child and Family Health Nurse to support the next generation in our region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive family assessments to monitor the growth and development of young children.
  • Educate and support parents on child health and well-being, administer immunisations, and make referrals when necessary.
  • Work across settings, including home visits, community health facilities, and local health services.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is essential. The successful candidate will also hold a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration and have experience in child and family health nursing.
