Family Health Specialist

This role plays a vital part in our Child and Family Health services, focusing on the health and wellbeing of young children and their families.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive family assessments, monitoring growth and development, educating and supporting parents, administering immunisations, and making referrals when necessary.

Work will take place across various settings, including home visits, community health facilities, and local health services. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
