Job Title

We are seeking a driven professional with experience in managing membership services or not-for-profit organisations to lead our mental health-focused education organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and strategic direction of the organisation
  • Lead a small team responsible for delivering annual events across Australia and New Zealand
  • Develop and implement operational plans and schedules of activity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government, sponsors, and funders, to achieve organisational goals
  • Manage financial aspects of the organisation, including payroll and accounting functions
  • Produce monthly board reports and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements:
  • Experience in reporting to a board
  • Understanding or experience in running large-scale events
  • Leadership skills and an understanding of the mental health sector
