We are seeking a detail-oriented, financially astute Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational processes related to financial management and billing activity for a large-scale global client.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business/commerce, accounting, finance or similar field, and experience in account management or operations in a media agency or similar environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and accurately using our finance and billings tool (Prisma).
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline account operations and create efficiencies.
  • Analyzing account data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Generating and distributing regular reports on account performance and operational metrics.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including financial ops, media operations, and planning.
  • Ensuring all account activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business/commerce, accounting, finance or similar field.
  • Experience in account management or operations in a media agency or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel Skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
