**Job Title:** SEO Specialist

We're seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team at The Drive Group, a leading Sydney-based SEO agency. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, executing hands-on SEO tasks, and developing effective strategies to drive results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow client SEO accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Execute hands-on SEO tasks, including on-page and off-page optimisation, keyword research, and technical SEO audits.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to each client's needs.
  • Monitor, report, and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality SEO results.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SEO account management and hands-on technical SEO execution.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO best practices, including site audits, page speed optimization, and structured data.
  • Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SEO data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • A passion for staying ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates.
