Role: Our client is seeking a talented Commercial Manager to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on an extensive pipeline of defence projects, contributing to the continued progression and success of these critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the commercial aspects of multiple defence projects.
  2. Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure project profitability and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to provide expert advice on contract management, risk mitigation, and financial forecasting.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator within the construction industry, preferably on defence or large-scale projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of contract management, commercial strategies, and risk management.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
