Clinical Care Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to lead and manage clinical teams, ensuring high-quality care delivery for residents in aged care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
  • Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving a supportive and compassionate work environment.
  • Effectively manage resources allocated for clinical care, ensuring cost-effective care delivery without compromising quality.

Requirements:

  • RN qualification with current nursing registration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a clinical team.
