About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our team of security analysts in Brisbane. As External Security Vetting Team Leader, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, handling complex personal security clearance processes, and assessing clearance cases with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of security analysts in Brisbane, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent performance.">
  • Assess clearance cases, leveraging your experience in vetting and ability to manage complex processes.">
  • Maintain stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs), ensuring alignment with standard procedures and the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).">

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments, a minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, and the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.
