">Job Description:This role involves managing day-to-day security operations, providing expert technical advice and operational oversight to ensure a safe and secure environment. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for leading the 24/7 rostering and performance of security officers, overseeing regular internal and external patrols of facilities, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily security operations and provide strategic staff leadership
- Lead and manage the 24/7 rostering and performance of security officers
- Oversee regular internal and external patrols of facilities
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with emergency services and internal departments
- Able to represent the organisation's image consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a dispersed team
- Salary range $95,697 to $100,862 plus super and generous salary packaging
