Commercial Dispute Resolution Specialist

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting a busy Partner and team with a range of tasks, including answering phone calls and enquiries, diary management and work prioritisation, preparing legal documents and correspondence, file opening and closing, system and matter management, assisting with monthly billing and client reports, and general administrative support to solicitors.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Sydney Commercial Disputes and Insolvency team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and diary management skills, a strong client service focus, and highly proficient typing skills in MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

">

- Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries;
- Diary management and work prioritisation;
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence;
- File opening and closing, system and matter management;
- Assisting with monthly billing and client reports; and
- General administrative support to solicitors.

- A minimum of 1 year solid experience as a Paralegal;
- Excellent communication and diary management skills;
